HELP !!!New to XP Mode Virtualization

I just installed the virtualized Win XP , works good, kinda chunky but ok.

What i dont know: Do i have to install win XP drivers in it? I have internet.

I installed XP Mode to be able to play Diablo 1 since it gives weird colors in win 7.

Also can i use IPX in win xp mode , since win 7 discontinued IPX.

I have to install Diablo again ? Right now it dosnt work, says i dont have Direct draw or something i dunno, in dcdiag theres no driver installed for video.

3d rendering will most likely not work in a virtual machine with Virtual PC. It uses a generic platform, meaning generic virtual video card, NIC, etc...

You may have better luck using one of Ant's favs, Virtual Box. It does have experimental support for 3d rendering when the additions are installed.

yea i saw that in the devicemanager later on. I made a dual-boot of XP , its better and safer.
