Hello, I'm interested to see if anyone has had much experience with OC'ing a ASUS M3N-HT Deluxe and a AMD 9950BE x4 ?

I've had the cpu oc'd for about a year @ 3ghz but recently seems that was causing an infrequent BSOD. Since then I have changed the whole system to stock settings again.

My question is did I miss something or could I have changed something to make it more stable?

OC stats:
3ghz (from 2.6ghz)
CPU Multi=15x
CPU Volt=1.3875v
FSB=200
BIOS=version3302
Memory Volt=2.1v
2 x 2GB G.Skill 1066mhz 5-5-5-15 24 2T

I haven't changed the HT link or any others as I didn't understand 100% what they do (and the default values).

If anyone can share some info to what I could try to get 100% stable at 3ghz
I'd really appreciate it.
(p.s. full computer stats in my profile)

I am myself on 3Ghz with my 9950BE. 14.5 x 208. Slightly increased bus speeds can at times increase stability.
You can try increasing your voltage a slight bit, but i honestly don't think that will change much

Thanks for the reply karlsson.
I tried your settings but got errors in Prime95.
I tried to change them a bit 206fsb 14x 14.5 etc
but always resulted in either a bsod or errors.

I'm about ready to give up and just leave this stock as no matter what I try it always ends up unstable. (even with AI overclock at 3% or 5%) oh and I've gone as high as 1.4v with errors still.

I guess I should do a course or learn more before trying to overclock these days, I have done it fine in the past but this system just doesn't want to be 100% stable with any amount of oc.

I'm just guessing but I feel as I'm missing something with the other settings.
