Help on A BSOD

I have been plagued by the same BSOD for some time now. It happens randomly. Below, I've attached the minidump as well as my system specs. Please help.
 

My Computer

Windows 7 Home Premium
comes up as MEMORY_MANAGEMENT crashing ntkrnlmp.exe

these drivers need updating too ;)

this could also be a driver issue but difficult to determine anything yet ........

I suggest burn to CD (using an ISO burner) & run from boot memtest86+ for at least 3 passes
