I accidently clicked on the "Do not remind me any more" box for the Win 7 SMART error notifications.

Does anyone know how to re-enable this?

Fortunately this warning came up and I got a replacement drive in time, but I want to make sure this warning is enabled for the new drive. I don't want it to be failing and not get any advanced notice.

Thanks for the help.

Welcome to SF!

First, I can assure you that you only disabled SMART notifications for that one drive. Your other drives were not affected.

As far as I have seen, there is no way to reset the warnings for a specific drive though. I have searched and searched, to no avail.

The only thing I can suggest, if you accidentally disabled SMART warnings for a drive you care about, is a system restore.
