Check the event viewer under Windows logs on the left side. You should be able to see the reason or something related to go on. Look for any red ! or x, especially in system part. You could also click the level column to sort by level, putting the most relevant to the top.

Copy and paste this in the start menu search box, then hit enter to get to it -

%windir%\system32\eventvwr.msc /s

you are using build 7100 which got some compatibility issues that is why MS released a hotfix to fix that issue for that build. Update your computer using Windows update after performing a clean install. Hope that will fix you problem.

I had this with my old computer that i tried. Turned out to be a dodgy display adapter. Try a newer leak/wait till RTM/try different drivers.

Sounds like a problem with the computer. From experience, it would be better to take it back and get a new one than to get it fixed.

Then it is you computer hardware that is faulty.
Run memory Diagnostics to see if your ram is working fine or not. This kind of problem can be caused due to a faulty ram.

Inspect your motherboard visually for any leaking capacitors. They have rounded tops instead of flat, the base could be bulging, or in some cases, you can actually see the brown electrolyte leaking out of the base or top.
