Help please, Amd CCC will not work

hi guys

can anyone help me please.
i have reinstalled windows 7 64 bit and then i did the windows 7 SP1 update. everything seemed to go ok and didn`t take as long as i thought. but now my pc is taking ages to start, everything takes awhile to start up. my Amd Catalyst Control Centre will not not even start, i have tried reinstalling the drivers and going back to older drivers that worked b4, but still it will not startup?

am i going to have to reinstall windows 7 again ?

i have 3 restore points and they are all from where i have been trying to get my CCC to work in the last 2 hours, also my anti virus stops system restore from working.

My suggestion would be to start from scratch. Do a re-clean install again....this time install all your drivers before you download SP1 and install it.
