help please notification area problem

hi all :)
i have problem with my notification area the problem is
when i log to windows the nod32 welcome screen comes and goes but when i search in the notification area for nod32 i can't see it look here

and the problem also with many programs like (skype tunngle u torrent )
so if i want to see the programs i need to go to the shortcut in the start menu
why that !!!!! please help me :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

Not all programs put themselves in the notification area. You could pin them to the taskbar if you use them that much.

I have noticed that sometimes the Nod32 system tray icon fails to load for some unknown reason. The program is active and working but the icon just fails to load every now and then for me. And that happens with Comodo Firewall too sometimes. When that happens, I simply log off and back on again and 99 times out a 100, the missing icons are back where they belong in the system tray.

Why these errors occur, I do not know.

but that happens with win7 only
maybe the windows professor can show us the way to solve it
