Hi ageel alali,

Where, exactly, are these pictures supposed to appear? When the game is loading? In the game? It may be that your default settings aren't supportive of the display configuration necessary to show such images. Fiddle around with the settings. A screenshot would be rather helpful.

Hi ageel alali,

Can you please upload the picture to a host, a word document won't help me much. Press the screenshot button (Prnt Scrn) and then open Paint by clicking on the Start Menu and typing in 'Paint'. Press 'Ctrl + V' and then save the document as Untitled onto your Desktop. Then go to 'This Web Address' and upload the 'Untitled' document you just created. It should be on your Desktop. Fill out the Captcha and wait for the upload to complete. After it's finished, the link to the image will come up - please copy and paste that here.

Otherwise, I cannot see what's going on and won't be of much assistance.
