I had my computer idling one day before i went water skiing and I returned to see my computer doin startup repair. I thought the startup repair was not working so I kept my computer off for awhile. Then I felt as if to let startup repair run for a whole day and the next morning I turned on my moniter to say that startup repair has fixed the problem. I restarted and a black screen showed up and said Hard disk failure is imminant please back up your hard drive now F2 continue F10 setup. Im unsure on what to do. I called hp and ask for a recovery disk because I have not made one. I do not have a credit card and that is what I need to pay for the recovery disk.

Help would be appreciated,
