Hi,

I assembled a computer last week with Windows XP professional and it was fine to use my computer.
I received the notice that Win7 RC would stop to release very soon, so I decided to install WIN7.

After installing Win7, evrything is good.
But 2 days later, it shut down automatically when I was using computer.
I turned it on and it went to Safe mode and gave 'Problem Signature'.
And it looked ok.

And in this morning, I turned it on and shut it down again. It went to happen 3 times.

Anyone can evaluate DMP files?

Here is my computer specs.

From analyzing your dump files the culprit is ntkrnlmp.exe windows kernel driver. Its definitely a hardware incompatible or failure. Are you Overclocking?

I'm not good in hardware, Somebody expert in hardware may help u :(

Thank you so much for your work.

I don't do anything about overclock, but I will find out what ntkrnlmp.exe is.
BTW, is ntkrnlmp.exe related with Windows 7? if I install Windows XP, will it be safe?
Some forums tell that drivers could be problems with ntkrnlmp.exe.
But I just installed all updated of programs.

Thank you again.

Dump files are not text so it wouldn't be readable in a document. When ppl debug dump file they use an app that translates it into a readable format.

It really doesnt matter at this point... if he's getting a kernal error, the quickest remedy is to reinstall completly .. I would make a quick 10gb partition, redownload the ISO and extract the files to the new partition, and run the setup.exe from there. I know that this sounds like a lot of steps, but in the end, its the fastest way to solve your problem...

I'm also a member of EVGA forum, and I received a problem has a memory issue. Memory's voltage and timings are not match as manufacturers specs.

So I checked BIOS and change voltage and frequency, then it is good so far. It shut down computer automatically everyday, but it never happen since I changed BIOS setting.

I will let you know further info.

Thank you all.
