Help please!

I am going round the bend and round in circles. All of a sudden I cannot access i tunes and keep getting the message that I do not have enough 'access privileges'. Have carried out various procedures recommended by tothers, to no avail! I also cannot add or edit users - is this the root of the problem?

Please can someone give me the RIGHT answer!!

Have you tried a system restore to get to a point before the troubles began?

Try uninstalling it and then reinstalling iTunes. If that doesn't do it for you then run your spyware, ad-ware and malware software for issues.

I already did uninstall then reinstall itunes - no luck. Will try the other suggestion.
