help, please.

oh hi, sorry for not responding for loooong, long time...
i have warranty card from shop, so i weren't allowed to open my computer on my own so I couldn't check every stick and every socket. But they "serviced" it, I told them that memory could be the problem. Anddddddddddddddddd.....guess what they checked everything( hardware and software ) and they haven't found a thing.

Now yesterday I reinstalled windows into w7 ultimate( i had professional )( and no i didn't upgrade ). And again BSOD

here are dump files, it happened whilst driver verifier was running and on bsod it said asacpi.sys was culprit, i went on Google and checked it out it seems it(asacpi.sys) is an ASUS s old driver from 2005.

Add. info: it would BSOD only on startup(w/ Verifier running) in Normal mode, when I turned Verifier off in safe mode, I didnt get any BSOD in Normal startup

That old driver is almost a guarantee to BSOD. Please report back after you have updated that driver.

Now that you have updated the driver, turn Driver Verifier off and let's see how your system runs. And please do as Ttran suggested, upload your latest dump.

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:
Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
Zip up the copy.
Start your own thread in the "Crashes and Debugging" section of the forum and attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

In the mean time, make sure that you're graphic card drivers are up to date.. ;)

I'll support Tom here. Do you have another card you can try? Perhaps borrow one from another machine.

Biggest problem here is that i cant open up my PC because of warranty, i ran memtest and furmark, it has been "serviced" and there were no errors found

Could very well be.

Good idea, if they won't even let you open the case, they have the responsibility to do it for you.

Send the machine in, and let us know the results!

it was motherboard, they didnt say what specifically was wrong, but they gave me P5Q SE Plus this time and rechanged my graphics card with the same model.
Guess what? problem w/ BSOD is GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONE, :D:D:D:D:D:party::party::party::party: hurray, but now :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry: I have another problem it restarts instead of shutting down/hibernating and sleep mode( only monitor goes to sleep )(vents keep going on) wont work, Im so sick and tired :sick::sick::sick::sick: of this, I tried everything I could find on Internet like disabling devices to turn on computer, updating drivers, scanning for viruses w/ multiple programs---nothin'
