hi there and welcome to the forums
so what have you done? how did you install ubuntu was it alongside windows using wubi? or did you use a distro?(live cd then install) is windows 7 still on the disc? if so use the windows installation disc or a recovery disc to restore the MBR (master boot record) to get windows back to boot for you.
