help plz bluescreen crash

many times a bluescreen appears while using some softwares or playing games or just listening to music with windows media player so i've attached the minidump files in zip files
so plz i need some help

BSODs caused by old version of a Kaspersky product(probably version 2010), this old version is notorious for causing BSODs on some systems
Uninstall it and install the lastest version 2011
