I know I had not yet build a pc.
But my considerations are the following-

Processor - AMD FX 8350/Intel Core i5 3570K/ or any i5 (atleast 3rd gen)
GPU - Nvidia GTX 760
Motherboard - According to processor
PSU - Corsair VS650 650 Watts
HDD - WD Cavier Green 2TB
RAM- Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB
Computer Cabinet- Not yet decided

My question is i am not able to decide which processor to take from the above and please suggest a mobo accordingly. Also a computer cabinet. I will be using my pc mainly for high end gaming and some video encoding.
I am from India. So please don't suggest Newegg.com or any other online website.
I prefer flipkart.com (Newegg.com brother for India)
My budget is INR 65,000 (1060 USD)
Please don't exceed the budget.

I don't see any cases in stock at Flipkart.

How much storage do you actually need? I'd rather see you get a 7200 rpm drive, but the WD Caviar Black 2 TB is 10058 versus 6046 for the 2 TB green.

Most people can get by fine on 8 GB of RAM. What makes you think you can't?

Do you intend to overclock?

I'd lean toward the Intel processor, all things being equal. But you may have to compromise due to budget.

You don't need a 650 watt PSU. I'd get a Seasonic around 500 watts.

For $1060, I'd normally insist on an SSD for the OS at least, but they are very expensive from flipkart.

All fans PWM; speeds at idle: CPU circa 500 rpm; intake circa 600 rpm; exhaust circa 600 rpm; CPU temps 27 idle and 47 C load in a warm room (27 C/81 F) when running Intel Extreme Tuning Utility stress test.
I don't need an ssd. I will do with HDD. For gaming I require 16 GB but I think 12 GB will also be fine.
I intend to overclock in the near future. Exclude cost of os. I didn't understand your rpm thing:confused:

RPM is the revolutions per minute at which the drive platters spin.

Faster is better for a boot drive. Green drives are 5900 rpm; Blacks are 7200; you would notice the difference, but green is OK if your budget demands it.

To overclock the Intel processor, look at motherboards with a Z87 chipset.

RPM stands for Revolutions Per Minute. It is how much times the drive platter (the disks) spin around fully in a minute. You are better off getting a 7200rpm drive that is NOT ecofriendly. (Note, I am not a anti-enviromentist. I'm just saying that the performance drives tend to be way faster)

I think due to budget I should forget overclocking.
Suggest a mobo for 100 USD for Intel i5 3570k.
And one more thing
8+4 GB ram or 4x3 GB ram?
Suggest model also for ram at most 135 USD total for ram.
Thanks and please reply fast.

If you are not overclocking you should not get an Intel processor with a K at the end. Models without the K are for non-overclockers. Look at other Intels a bit cheaper than the 3570k.

If you are not overclocking you also do NOT need a motherboard with a Z87 or Z77 chipset.

So you can save money on CPU and motherboard if not overclocking.

You should choose the processor before worrying about a motherboard. Some Intel CPUs need a socket 1150 motherboard and others need a socket 1155. Decide on the processor first.

I'd get either 8 or 16 RAM, not 12.

OK I have finalized everything except mobo. I think its best.
Intel 4570 i5 - 14000
Nvidia gtx 760 - 20000
Ram - corsair vengeance 2x8 GB - 12000
Psu- corsair vs550 - 3200
HDD - Seagate barracuda 2 to - 6000
Any case for 4000
Please help me decide mobo for max 6000 inr.

There's only 2 socket 1150 boards in your price range.

I guess I'd go with the MSI B85M-G43 if you can't go above 6000.

You need to check the features on that board to make sure it has what you need. It's got a B85 chipset and I don't know much about it.

It's a micro ATX board, so should take a smallish case.

I'd let others comment before I ordered it.

You also need to find out if that PSU has the necessary connectors for your graphics card and motherboard.

I'd probably go with 8 GB of RAM so I could spend the saved money elsewhere, but it's your PC, not mine.

The mobo you suggested is fine and I want more than 8 GB ram so going for 16 GB. I didn't understand cable of PSU. So can you check instead of me
That would be the final step
Please check all sort of compatibility. I would be really greatful. Thanks for giving me time

B85 is more business optimized. H81 or H87 would be better for his needs.
