My laptop takes 3min and 20 seconds to boot! its stuck in the welcome screen for 2min+ with the harddrive not doing anything.

I think its searching for network drivers or something... Help

I have attached MSINFO32.nfo file. Any boot logging programs I can run?

Clean boot had no effect.
Safe mode would zip right through welcome in 2 seconds!!
What does safe mode not load?

Most likely a driver.
Go to device manager look for yellow warning triangles. Make sure that the essential drivers are up to date
Graphics
Audio
etc.

I go into safe mode it's very quick but when I do safe mode with networking it takes just as long...

So i am guessing its trying to connect to a network drive or something and its timing out.

Device manager is clean.

Internet,
Wireless or cable?

Real long shot
Make a full AV scan
Download and make a full scan with malwarebytes. Update before scan.

It's connected wirelessly.

I think the issue is that it's my offices computer and they set it up to connect to all these
Network drives and network etc etcs. It keeps looking till it times out. I'm not connected to the office network anymore.

Dont really know of a way to change that setting. Go to help and support, by the start menu, and type DHCP, there is some good information about TCP/IP
setting and DHCP
