Solved Help & Support Icon is Missing?

Icon or picture in help or support is missing and don't know why this thing happen. This thing really annoys me. It also happen in other help or support for other program. I've include a link to the screenshot > http://s7.postimage.org/lciiv44y3/2012_01_11_19_48_09.jpg. Any help would be appreciated. Thx.

Hello HuruHara, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Using the REG file in OPTION TWO of the tutorial below may be able to help fix this. You may need to log off and log on afterwards to apply though. The REG file restores the default associations responsible for the images in Help and Support. Hopefully that will fix it for you.

brink, thanks for the quick reply. I found an unexpected way to fix this problem, the problem fixed by restoring default setting in my Internet Explorer 9 and then the problem fixed !
