Help & Support Window

I just installed Corel Draw #7

When I open a corel window and try to type the Help & Support Window comes up

As long as it is up I can't type and if I close the help window as soon as I hit any
key it comes up again.

Is there a way to stop this window from comming up?

Try options or preferences if you can access them, or try running the program in compatibility with Vista :

To run a program in compatibility mode - right click a shortcut to the program - click properties - click compatibility - check run in compatibility with vista - check run as administrator - leave the rest blank. Start the program.
