Does anyone know how I get Microsoft help and support back? I used to have it and now I get Hewlet Packard help and support,

Theres a link to it. I really don't understand your question though, is something wrong with your system? When (and how, if possible) did you "lose" MS support?

Have you tried a system restore to a point before you "lost" it?
