Help - TEMP Varible Change

I want to move my TEMP files off my SSD to my D Drive.

Win 7 shows my Temp Variable like this %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp

If I want to move this to my D Drive, how would I type the change?

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong variable
This is the other line: %SystemRoot%\TEMP
Do I simply type D:\TEMP ? (I'll create a TEMP directory on D)
