I recently bought a program online and while going to down load it it starts up fine but about half way through it stops and says a problem has caused the program to stop working. I have tried using chrome, internet explorer! Firefox. I even tried the fire fox download manager called download them all but always the same thing. I have tried restarting my computer and internet, disabling my antivirus, going direct into my modem instead of wireless. But nothing, I'm freaking out that I may have wasted 200 bucks. I had a relative in another state who is pretty tech savy look into for me, he was able to download it on his computer with no problems and he tried to send me the zip file but I couldn't get that either
