Right click on the photo, select "open with," then "choose default program," then browse to the .exe file for Adobe Bridge and click it but if you don't want adobe bridge to be the default program that opens photos, then uncheck the box that says make this the default program for opening this file type. If you do that (uncheck the default box) you will in the future see Adobe Bridge as a choice when you click "open with." If you leave the box checked, adobe bridge will automatically open your photos whenever you click on files of the same type (.jpg I assume). You can repeat this procedure for different photo file types, like .bmp, .png, etc.
