me too , mean i did not understand why is listed as scsi deviceWhy is your dvd burner listed as a SCSI devise? It should be listed as a SATA devise. I would look at the BIOS settings.

i have lots of settings in the bios , i don't even know where should i loot at

What mobo do you have?
With my BIOS I would look under "System">"ATA Port Information"
You want the on board eSATA controller set as "Enable" and the controller set to "IDE Mode" or "AHCI Mode"
Look under "Peripherals" for additional SATA setup parameters.

but it's odd because now i got it's the bios
sometime my dvd start up and i can see it in the list sometime it's not in the list
