Where did you get the ISO? Burn the DVD again using ImgBurn at 4x speed with Verify, or Verify the DVD.

Check if there is a more recent BIOS version update for your BIOS, on your maker's support downloads page.

Check also what the SATA controller setting is.

The Windows disk I purchased from FRY's for new Computer setup Windows 7 PRO OEM Software

I will Check on the BIOS

What should the SATA Controller setting be?

The safest mode is IDE.

That said, Win7 included AHCI mode drivers for my controller (Intel X58 based motherboard).

I'm not sure that Microsoft would be so accomodating for an AMD chipset, though.

Test your hardware: Download and burn to CD the DOS diagnostics from your HD maker and run full scan.

Run memtest86 overnight to stress test RAM.

Try another DVD drive, or try install from flash stick: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/31541-windows-7-usb-dvd-download-tool.html?filter
Extract the ISO from DVD using ImgBurn.

What speed did you burn your DVD at?

Where done download your ISO from?

The DVD is the OEM 64bit that I purchased from Fry's when I got the rest of the parts of the PC. I was going to buy a new DVD is there one that you would suggest that is working with windowsw 7.Thanks for all the help.
