Hello, i have really wanted to install windows 7 on my laptop (HP-LAPTOP 15-dy1xxx, processor intel(r) Core i301995G1 CPU @ 1.20GHz, 1190 MHz 2 core 4 logical processors) Currently I am running Windows 10 64 bit, and I've been wanting to install windows 7 64 for a long time. However, I can't. Every time I try to run installation it gets stuck on /disk.sys (on safe mode)
I have tried everything, from uefiseven to installing in legacy mode.. I have seen a thread on here that tackles this for one user but I tried everything on there and it doesn't work. My friend told me it is a csm/uefi thing but I don't see how. I don't want to delve into hardware, since this is just a laptop. Plz help
