Help with a graphics card driver ATI

Hi... I have a PC with a ATI graphics card ( ATI Radeon Xpress 200 ) in windows 7
And i noticed that the aero affects and transparency doesn't work..troubleshooting shows that the if the driver was compatible with WDDM it could work...can any one help me get that driver .. Here is the exact thing it said

The current video card may support Aero with a driver that is compliant with the Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM). Contact the manufacturer of your computer or video card for a WDDM-compatible driver.

Sorry, but don't believe there is a current driver that will work with your card.

If you go to the AMD drivers site, you should be able to find "legacy" drivers that will work -- but you'll probably have to install them using Vista compatibility mode. I think the most current "legacy" driver is v 10.2. None of the v11-series drivers will work (as far as I know).
