Solved Help with ati drivers weird problem

Well here is my problem my Skyrim is lagging when im running and therefore i
updated my drivers and the lag disappeared, but when i restarted my pc the lag was
there again why? and now i have to uninstall restart and install the drivers again
to work.

i have windows 7 64bit ATI HD 5670 and Catalyst Software Suite 11.10.

More games lag not only Skyrim.
