Help with Bios

Can we boot from a pendrive even after a bios password is enabled and by pressing F9 key or any other that can let us selct the boot device and even Bios password is enabled.

BIOS password is to prevent bios changes from unauthorized people. If F9 is for "boot device"-selection and boot device selection is allowed by bios settings it works. Why you don't just try it ;-)

Or is "boot device" selection not enabled in bios and you don't know the bios password? Are you sure it's F9?

"boot device" selection must be enabled. And "boot device priority" (or something like that) must list pendrive as well! boot device selection just lists the allowed boot devices

some laptop offers that we can directly access the list of selecting device by pressing a particular key but i agree with you,if it is granted by the Bios setting otherwise it will not ..... and some people on l33ts.org are saying you can access even if you dont knw the password that make me confused ....

If you reset bios to default settings you can access everything. This can be done by removing the battery and putting it back
