Help with Black Screen Issue

I'm seeing this problem on one of our monitors when adjusting cells in Excel, and I wanted to see if it looks familiar to anyone, here....

Thanks for the reply! Yes, the ATI card's drivers are up to date, according to Windows Update. Our employee is saying that this has been happening, to one degree or another, for months. As far as I know, no hardware has been changed.

1.)That's really strange. It's only in excel this happens in?

2.) Youtube videos or other kind of content that puts a stress on graphics card doesn't cause it?

3.) Have you tried replacing the vga (or dvi) cable? Checking all cable connections, etc?

4.) Have you tried completely uninstalling all amd (ati) drivers for video and restarting the system and reinstalling them from here?

5.) Have you tried another cheap throw in graphics card to see if the card is going bad?
