Help with brightness issue

Hey guys, i have search the forum and not found a solution for my problem,

I got a Fujitsu Seimens Lifebook P3110 with a Intel 4500HD graphic card.

I cannot change the brightness of my screen.. Right before windows goes to loading screen i can change the brightness but when im in windows i cant.

I tried reinstallning chipsets, graphic card drivers, power saving utility and almost everything else.

I installed the hotkey utility as I did for a week ago, the volume is working fine but the brightness not workning.

When im trying to change brightness the bar with Brightness MIN | - | - | - | MAX comes up but not doing any changes.

I did try yesterday to reinstall my chipsets and reinstallning the graphicdrivers :/

Tried installing the hotkey utility, nothing is changed :/
