Hiya guys
I have recently discovered a blue screen when I shut down my machine, I am using windows 7, obviously
When I shut down it basically goes to the blue screen and the error message (or at least a part I can catch) says INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR. It then reboots after dumping physical memory and on reboot it performs a disk check on my internal additional hard drive.
I am sorry its all a bit vague is there a way of getting the error code so I can paste it here?
The only thing was, I had a Trojan but avg removed it and I now can't see what it was to see if this is what is making the BS error. I believe it could be virus related as chrome won't load, just shows a White page, all other browsers work fine - just need to make sure the virus is removed and system is back to normal
(ps scanned with avg and superantispyware)
Thanks
