HELP with BSOD

Need help analyzing BSOD. It happens at random.
My hardware and OS information:
HP Pavilion Elite e9150t CTO Desktop PC
I7 @ 2.67GHz
RAM 8GB
System 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium upgraded from Windows Vista early last year.

Defects in a hardware device is the cause, this is indicated by Bugcheck 0x124. The most probable causes are defective RAM or GPU
