Help with changing video ram

Well i want to change my video ram so i can play certen games but i can't i went into the bios and every thing.I called dell and they said that i cant change my video ram through bios so now i am out if ideas can someone help please

I concur with Dell but it might help to know the exact model of Dell. Your system specs are pretty light. Are you using the Intel integrated graphics or a graphics adaptor (card) or both?

well i can't check my pc right now i had a tornado hit my house so i wont be able to use it until 2 weeks from now :l

Is that the remnants of TS Bill? It almost made it to hurricane status at the coast. That went through here last week but I was on the West side of it so just some wind and a bit of rain. We got off easy but still had 4+ inches of rain from the event. East Texas got hammered. I was on/off the PC frequently because of the thunder boomers!

Edit: Maybe that was two weeks ago. Seemed like it took a week to leave Texas.
