Help with CPU ID

I have a selection of Pentium 4 CPUs that are 775LGA socket but cannot ID the specific CPU except for the speed marked on it.


I have tried Google and Intel with the serial letters and numbers but come up with no reference. Apart from putting it into a working machine and IDing it that way cam someone please help me how to find out what the different devices are?

Just flipping them into a working machine is not what I really ant to do but s mentioned all efforts have been in vain.

The board one came out of was an Intel D915GAG one but still I cannot ID it an then be able to ID the rest.

Intel uses a 5 digit code to identify there processors in a product line.

I just randomly pulled a Pentium out of a box here and I can see etched into the face the 5-digit code SY015.

Entering "Intel Pentium SY015" into a search engine brings me this:
SY015 (Intel Pentium 150 MHz)

That should work for any Intel processor.
