Did it ever work properly?

What troubleshooting have you done so far? [Reinstalled Direct-X, video card drivers?]

This is a legit copy of the game that nothing unusual happened during the install?

Steam copy or full retail?

I'd try 1.03 patch also, that I found here:

http://pes13web.winning-eleven.net/pes13w_pc/patch/

I didn't see anything of note in the dxdiag and certainly have a strong enough rig to run it.

Read something that mentioned needing maps.txt for stadiums to work, I know nothing of this
actual game, but someone in a chat, mentioned that, no other details.

Also would you care to explain why your running a counterfeit copy of windows? Your product ID matches Asus, but you are clearly using a gigabyte OEM board, this is only possible through a hackers exploit.
