Help with hard drive restore

Hello i need help with my computer i have only 68 gigs left and i have 916 gigs on my computer i wanna take it back to where i first got it so i can have all of the gigs back and no i dont have a windows 7 disk install either so i cant reinstall the system please help and i got so many viruses

You want to do a factory reinstall. This is how it is done for Dell

No, it will restore your system back to how it was when you first got it.

You will lose all the programs you installed and all data you saved to your hard drive such as docs, pics, vids & music files. Make sure to backup anything you want to save to another drive. You will need to reinstall all of your programs.

That depends on "if" the restore partition is not as corrupt as the C drive is

You might contact Dell for support first incase the worst case happens as in Murphy's law is always the possibility
