Bow to Brink and others!
I just joined this forum, and finished browsing through the tutorial and 18 pages of comments! It was painful
but now I am more confident about upgrading my two computers to Win 7. Thank you.
I have purchased and downloaded the ISO files for two Win 7 Pro 64-bit upgrade licenses. I have also burned them to two different DVDs (and have two different product keys). I think I should be able to use one each for each of my two computers.
For my old Sony Vaio with Vista Home Premium 32-bit, I shall follow the advice for a custom install. May I ask how to backup the drivers? Should I just copy the entire System 32 folder to an external HDD or a DVD?
My spanking new HP came with Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit. This, I am afraid, may be more tricky. I would be highly obliged if someone could give me pointers as to how I should proceed.
Thanks in advance.
