Help with missing dll files

Hey, I am using Windows 7, and when I try to run this program it tells me I am missing bass.dll. I have downloaded that, and now it tells me I need bassflac.dll version2.3. I have searched around and I could not find it, does anyone know how to get it or is able to upload their own bass.dll file?

What program are you trying to run? Anyways you probably need the BASS Audio Library I'm guessing. http://www.un4seen.com/
