Help with my documents ???

Heyy i am new to this forum and os and was wondering if you could help me?
i have stupidly managed to split my documents into groups,
when i open the explorer, browse to my documents it has a sub title saying, my docunents, under that are my documents. funny thing is my music and pictures are atill normal???

Have included a screen shot was wondering if you can help????
