Help with network driver

hi,
i recently changed my os. after i changed i cannot connect to network. i clicked start- run- msinfo32- components-problem devices- and i found that usb 2.0 10/100M ethernet adaptor device driver not installed. by the way i am using internet through a usb to ethernet connector. i searched some drivers but could not find an appropriate one. please help me.

Go to the Manufacturers web site (either Maker or Motherboard manufacturer), they'll be there.
