Solved Help with "Open With..." Menu

I'd like to ask something since I couldn't find it anywhere on the Internet, and no, removing the registry entry doesn't work since it's not located there.
I just did a clean install of Windows 7 Home Premium on my Laptop, and after installing my programs and such, I detected an invalid entry in the "Open With..." menu for .GIF files.

I just can't delete it, I tried everything I could, even some tools, but it's just not showing up in the list. I searched the register for "Photo Gallery Viewer" and deleted the ones I found but it's still there, (Yes, I backed up everything)
I seriously hope I'll get an answer here. Thanks in advance!
