Solved Help with Outlook 2010 settings

Hello... as I am not overly familiar with Outlook 2010, I am hoping someone can fill me in on a quick fix.

When I open my emails pictures are not displayed unless I allow them to display - where do I change the setting to have them automatically download when I open an email.
