help with photos please

hi all, I have 4gigs of photos on a dvd, but when I put it in the pc, I can't access any pics, the window appears blank, although there's 4gigs of info, I can copy this disc in nero, and it burns for 4gigs on to a new disc, but when I put the disc in, the same thing, it shows blank! Please help, family pic,.

Make sure your graphics card is up to date likewise for driver. Go to device manager and look for any yellow warning posters.

Welcome to windows 7 forum.
Please fill in specs of your system and make sure all drives are updated from manufactures sites.
Can you run any other dvd's on your system?

When did you make that disc with your family photos on it? What software did you use to make it? Did you upgrade your system from a previous version of windows to 7 or is this a new computer that came with windows 7? Can you check the disc you made with another computer to see if works on it?

No, every other disc works, it's the same with many pcs. My drivers and graphics are fine, just this disc baffles me? Thanks

open windows explorer, insert disc, open the little triangle left of the dvd drive it should have all your pic's there you should be able to open them let us know if this works
