Help with Pinterest

Hi guys can anybody give me any advice or instructions or pointers on how to set stuff up on Pinterest please. I know nothing....so am grateful for any snippets of info from your font of knowledge.

I realize this a lot to absorb and I tried to find links pertaining to setting up your Board(s), but take your time and if you come across a snag that doesn't make sense post back and we'll see if we can figure it out for you.
