Help with setting up Windows XP mode

Hey guys i am new to the forums.I currently own a win 7 ultimate 64 bit OS.The problem is that i am trying to use the GRE powerprep software and its not compatible in 64 bit..So i searched up and downloaded windows xp mode..the instructions provided by microsoft.com were of no help in setting windows xp mode up...COuld any of you guys help me with this problem ?
