***Help with Win 7 .iso install***

Hi all,

I bought the CD Key and downloaded Windows 7 Pro edition in a ISO format and I can't seem to get it to install. What am I doing wrong?

I am currently running Vista Home Premium 32 bit and downloaded Windows 7 64 bit. My laptop is capable of upgrading to 64 bit.

I tried burning the .iso image file with Nero to a DVD but it doesn't show anything on the DVD after its done.

I have changed my boot order in BIOS where CD/ROM..DVD is in the first slot and tried booting it but nothing happens and i get an error message?

What am i doing wrong? Can someone help me?? Thanks.

Nero sucks once again. Use ImgBurn and burn the .ISO file with the lowest speed
(like 4x) and then continue with the setup.

I wouldnt say Nero sux... I've used it sucessfully for over 10 years, it is my preferred burning sw. For years Nero did things other burning sw didnt/couldnt/wouldnt!

But yes there are easier products out there to use, and imgburn is very easy!
