Help with windows 7 customization!

So i recently installed windows 7 and i had it for about 3 hours before i done something and i dont know what it was, but this happened to my screen(in attatchments),i just wanted some help to see if there was any way to get it back.

Hi,

Rt click a blank area of the Desktop>Personalize, and select one of the Aero Themes.

It's probably not a good idea to post screens with a Windows 7 crack folder on your desktop. You'll find that a lot of people won't help you if you are running a pirate copy
