guys can you explain this? after first restart on win 7 i cant do anything, lose aero and get thee errors: (see attachments)

if its a first restart then are you on an admin account and are all drivers updated?

It seems that your C:\windows\system32\shell32.dll file is missing or corrupted. Try running in elevated command prompt : sfc /scannow
