Help with Windows Firewall.

How can I completely disable my Windows Firewall without the interference of Network and Sharing Center? I use Comodo Firewall. When I turn off my Windows Firewall and then I will also turn off some features in Network and Sharing Center especially the Network Discovery and File/printer sharing in both Home and Public, it always turn itself back On.
How can I fix this?

I opened Windows Firewall with advanced security and it says that the Domain Profile is off and the private and public profile is turned on..do I also need to turn off the private and public profile so that I can use Comodo Firewall?
