help with windows update troubleshooter messages

while using windows updates,mostof windows updates were installed,but some updates gave me errors.So i used windows update troubleshooter,it found the following issues on my windows 7
service registration is missing or corrupt. not fixed
Windows update error 0x800F081F(2018-7-16-T-11-52-33A) not fixed
Cryptographic service components are not registered. not fixed.
Problems installing recent updates. fixed.
Problems installing recent updates. fixed.
do anyone know how to fix them.
Also this update is not getting installed.

when installing updates,the checkboxes of all other updates were checked
But the checkbox nof this update is cleared.
so obviously this update is not going to be installed.

Would you please follow Windows Update Posting Instructions
Don't need entire CBS folder, just CBS.log, CheckSUR.log (which will be in CBS folder temporarily after running SURT), and WindowsUpdate.log
